My ICQ client Miranda ICQ has recently been upgraded to version 0.1. It’s a very stable, small and fast ICQ client that serves those that use only the message, file and URL send features of ICQ and none of AOL’s added hoompah. Did i mention it was small [350Kb] and fast?
